If for any reason you aren’t entirely satisfied with your purchase, we would be happy to refund your items provided they are unworn and returned within 30 days of purchase in the original packaging. All returns are to be sent directly to our head office.

ONLINE EXCHANGE POLICY
Should you wish to exchange your product for a different style, color, size or product you can do so by returning unworn/unused product in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase. Exchanged goods will only be shipped when the goods have been returned to our headquarters. Please return goods for an exchange to our head office.
If you receive a faulty item that was purchased within the last three years, please notify our head office at +1 (312) 884-9451 or email@example.com before returning the items. Returned goods will be inspected for manufacturing faults. Items deemed subject to wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. You will be notified and the goods will be returned to you at your own expense.
Refunds for goods deemed as faulty will be credited either by the method of payment at time of purchase or via store credit if purchased through a reseller.
DAMAGED DELIVERIES OR INCORRECT SUPPLY
Tsonga will rectify any products delivered damaged or incorrectly supplied. Please return any damaged or incorrectly supplied goods to our head office (address above).
You will be notified by email when your return is received. We will replace damaged goods when possible, subject to availability: otherwise we will issue a full refund for the value of the damaged items(s).
